The Daily Cut Off Time for Same Day Turnaround is 12:00 pm, and for Regular Turnaround Times it is 3:00 pm (Monday - Friday). All the times are based on normal business hours, Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Turnaround time begins once your file is uploaded. If your file is placed on hold, the turnaround time will begin after you´ve submitted the correct file. If you request a design proof, the turnaround time will begin right after you approve the design. This Daily Cut Off Time allows us to better serve all of our customers in a timely and efficient manner. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
